You are accountable for any chargebacks initiated by customers. Refund requests will be processed according to our established timelines and internal policies to ensure consistency and fairness.

We hold the right to adjust, amend, or introduce changes to our fees at any time. Whenever such updates occur, we will inform you through email or by updating your dashboard.
